Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India.
- Additional COD handling charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).
You can track your order using the tracking details sent after dispatch.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable customer
- Repeated delivery failures
the package may be returned to us.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Public holidays
- High order volumes

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
